The 64 bit installer does not seem to isntall properly, I can see the filter isntalled but I cannot configure anything, everyhting is grayed out and the iisxpress server is not running, when trying to start it I get:
"The IISxpress service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. "
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the IISxpress service to connect.
